    Purchased a house with this LJ Hooker. Process was very smooth and trouble-free. Agent was experienced and professional.

    We had a rental property managed by one of the girls here. It was clear from the start that she was keen to take on our property, but never actually there to help us when we needed it.

    I don't know if she just had a large workload and was unable to service us, but this was a very disappointing representation of LJ Hooker Glenelg, as Phil and Jo are amazing people and shine a very different light.

    Constantly following up issues ourselves, every inspection due date had to be reminded by ourselves, Photo's were never provided of the inspection even after reminding prior to the actual inspections. Booking in incorrect trades to sort out issues which we would bare the cost of, ultimately having to source another trade for the same job. Damage of fixed assets were gone unnoticed and ultimately a write off as the tenant had disappeared. Never did she take responsibility of the stuff up which is what frustrated me the most.
