  Dave is a friendly fella but had a few issues. When I turned up to drop off the car at the time organised, the place was locked. Dave turned up 15 minutes later and opened up. The car wasn't ready when I was told it was. I rescheduled to the next day and when I picked it up, car looked nice and tidy but found some dirt that he missed and he hadn't touched up the roof rails as agreed. The mats were also soaking wet. As I had signage taken off the car, it left some 'ghosting' which he said he had cut and polished but wouldn't come out (maybe not his fault). When I got home I easily scratched off some dirt off the front bumper with my finger nails! For $400 I guess I expected a higher level of service.
